6th– 8th Grade Supply List 



These supplies will be stored in your child’s classroom: 

(Please label supplies with your child’s name and grade #)


  • 1 Pencil Box: The box should be big enough to hold 4-5 pencils/pens, a glue stick, a pair of scissors, and a box of 24 crayons.  

  • 1 child size pair of scissors 

  • 2 eraser cap boxes  

  • 12-inch ruler with cm 

  • 4 hard-cover black marble notebook (wide-ruled)

  • Plastic Folders -labeled with your child’s name and subject  (no fasteners) 

    • YELLOW folder – “Home/School” Connection folder 

    • BLUE  –  Label  with  name  and  “Math”  

    • ORANGE– Label with name  and  “Science”      

    • RED– Label with  name  and  “ELA”  

    • WHITE- Label  with  name  and  “Social  Studies”

    • GREEN  –  Label  with  name  and “Music”

    • BLACK – Label with name only (Portfolio) grades 6-12 only

  • #2 pencils (2 boxes)

  • 12-inch ruler with cm and inch

  • 2-Subject notebooks (4)

  • Accordion File Folder (1) to be transported in backpack

  • 2 erasers

  • Loose-leaf paper: Lined or unlined paper for writing assignments. (3 packs)

  • Blue or black pens (2 boxes)

  • Crayons, markers, and/or colored pencils (1 box)

  • Elmer’s School Glue (1 bottle)

  • Pencil box/case (1)

  • Post-Its (3 packs) 

  • Sharpener with shavings collector (2)

  • TI 83, Ti 84 Graphing Calculator 



And a reminder: please label your child’s backpack, water bottle, etc. with his or her name. If an item has a name, it makes it much easier to get it back to its owner if it’s misplaced!
