Gordon Roecker began his career as a reading and literacy teacher in 2008 and has since worked in a variety of learning environments in New York City and abroad. 

He studied at New York University and went on to obtain Cambridge certification in teaching English to Speakers of other languages. 

Gordon most loves the process of learning in small group settings that foster creativity and collaboration among students. 

For Gordon, teaching is a process that directly engages each student’s unique interests and inquiries. He hopes to inspire students to express their ideas, tell their stories, and make a positive impact in the future.
