Everyone calls me Shukhrat Shavkatovich, because I was born so long ago, that children consider me a contemporary of Santa Claus.
I was born in sunny Uzbekistan, In the glorious city of Tashkent – the capital of Peace and Warmth.
From childhood, I was a witty prankster.I taught everyone how to live and what to do.
For this, I earned the nickname Professor. In school, in the army, and in college, I was an organizer and leaderof innocent and not-so-innocent mischief, but never got caught.
I loved sports – especially football and hockey, and music. I was fascinated by World History.
After moving to America, I started working at the American Red Cross. But after ten years, remembering my youth,I returned to teaching.
I strive to instill in children an interest in Science and History. I dream that our children will grow up not only educated with a broad outlook, being kind and honest, but also find their calling, their favorite occupation.
